Yogurt and Egg Whites are the best thing for protein goals! This breakfast was almost so good but I did forget to add a hard carb for breakfast, so in the future I would probably add a piece of toast to make the calories 391 which is still under 400 which is my goal (usually) if anyone has any high protein breakfast tips let me know!
