Anyone else have frozen pucks saved up for 2am cravings?
Amature salmon and tuna nigiri.
Wasabi under fish.
Not pictured: green onion, tobiko, yuzu, chili crisp, and soy sauce + bit of mirin.

This looks not like gas station sushi, but like 2 day old good sushi, being sold in the gas station bathroom for questionable sex acts.

Looks good! Not all sushi has to look picture perfect, we aren’t all made of money or able to shell out on mega quality fish or go out to sushi places. This is my kinda food, definitely scratches the sushi itch

How long do you have to wait? I know of the 1 hour salt water brine, but at 2am that means I’m eating at 3:30am
