    Me!! The one time I did it on my egg I actually had these flat skewers with the handles made such that I could hang them vertically from the top (cap removed,) but I required a small bend in the bottom so they didnt drop off. I think I was overthinking it for the sake of more authentic cooking techniques, because yours looks amazing and imma just do it like this next time

    Get a wok you can put on your egg, or a separate gas rig, and make yourself some lo mein or fried rice with that stuff!

    One of my favorite things to make on the BGE. Get some Chinese steam buns and hoisin sauce and make some bao!
