New cafés in Valencia

Valencia has a vibrant coffee scene and some beautiful cafés. Here's some of my favorites:

• NICO → in a former 1902 bakery, still has original bread-making tools 🍞 + great espresso.
• Blackbird (Little) → their Russafa café is a favorite, now a “coffee-to-go” spot in El Carmen.
• Fumi → minimalist vibe + some of Spain’s top roasters.
