If you have an Instant Pot and it’s in a closet or still in the box, dust it off. It’s time. Cuz after you make this, you’re going to be making it every week. Instant Pot mushroom risoto. Set it and forget it. Creamy risoto starts with our boreo rice and that’s everything else you’re going to need. I post all the ingredients at the end for you to screenshot. So, set your Instant Pot to the sauté mode. Don’t be afraid of it. Tons of safety features. It’s very safe. Get your onions ready. This risoto is fantastic. Lots of people don’t like to make risotto because it’s so labor intensive. You have to stand at the stove and gradually add chicken stock little by little. But here you can make this in the Instant Pot, set it for 6 minutes and it sits there all day or not. The Instant Pot is fantastic. It’s timesaver. It’s economical. It’s safe and it’s extremely easy. So, basically what you’re doing is you’re melting your butter and your oil. You’re adding your mushroom and onion, a sprig of rosemary and your rice. You let the rice absorb all the oil and when it sticks to the bottom and you dump in your [Music] your white wine and your chicken stock, don’t let anything stick to the Instant Pot because it has an error burn message. It’ll shut the pot off if you’ve got anything sticking to the bottom that’ll burn when you open it up. Creamy risoto. Add some uh Parmesan cheese, black pepper. This is fantastic alone.
