Today we’re making my ground beef with onions and mushrooms. This is an easy recipe for a great weekn night dinner. We start off slicing the onions. I remove the root, then slice. You can slice them thin or thick. It’s up to you. Now, for the mushrooms, I’m using cremeni, but you can use your favorite. Slice them up. As you can see, I’m not fussy here with the thickness. Just slice them about a/ quarter inch or so. Again, it’s up to you. The thicker, the meteor. I have four big cloves of garlic that I’m going to mince. Use as much as you like. There aren’t real measurements here. Now, in your sauté pan, add the oil, then the onions. Sauté until softened. Now, add the garlic and stir until fragrant. This smells amazing. Now, add the mushrooms and stir until they’re coated with the oil. You can leave them alone if you want them browned. I’m not fussy here. Make some space in the middle of the pan and add the ground beef. Break up the meat and start to brown it. Add some salt, pepper, granulated garlic, and soy sauce. Stir it all up. Continue to cook until the meat is cooked through. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper. And it’s done. Wasn’t that easy? It is easy. The recipe for this is on the blog. You’re going to absolutely love it.

  1. I'd brown the meat first, move it aside and sweat the veggies in the grease, add the meat back, stir and eat.
