Taking summer into September!
Dip ingredients to blend:
– 200g feta- 5 tbsp greek yogurt
– handful parsley
– 1 tsp dried mint
– zest & juice of half a lemon
– 1 tbsp olive oil
To top dip:- olive oil- za’atar (optional)
💮1. Place ingredients into a food processor and blend. I like it with a little bit of texture, but you can blend until smooth.
💮2. Decant into a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and top with za’atar.
💮3. Keep in the fridge if not eating straight away.
💮4. To make the tortilla chips – cut tortilla wraps into triangles and place on a baking tray in a single layer.💮5. Spray or lightly brush with oil and top with dried herbs/oregano. Place into a hot oven until lightly browned. Turn over halfway, once done remove and allow to cool, this will fully firm them up to enjoy with the dip.#
