Let’s say you wake up and you really want cake, but you also want breakfast. And on top of that, you want bagels for breakfast. Well, I got you covered with this giant bagel locks and cream cheese cake. Good for brunch parties and gatherings. Or if you’re just super hungry and hung over like I am. Now, there’s a lot of ways to approach this idea. I’m making gravlocks from scratch, which is super easy. It just takes a few days. I use a large salmon, some dill, sugar, pepper, and salt. Weighted that with some pinto beans, just what I had on hand. Everything bagel seasoning, sesame, pepper, garlic, onion. Then, Pillsbury French bread, they make good stuff. Gets baked in a bunt cake tray. After 3 days and rinsing the salmon, I slice all of it super thin and let the layering begin. Nailed it.

  1. I’m from Alaska and you haven’t lived if you haven’t had fresh caught smoked salmon, it’s basically oily butter
