Steven Raichlen’s Mile High Pancake

This was pure fun to make…and eat! Topped one with sliced banana, icing sugar, toasted almonds and maple syrup lashings. Second was Morello cherries done in butter, cherry juice from the jar, Disaronno, almond extract, icing sugar and maple syrup..topped with toasted almonds and dusted with more icing sugar.
