Made for my friend's friend! Last minute cake that ended up taking a long time planning/figuring out, some chaotic cocoa stress & a power outage! But in the end I think everything turned out okay & birthday girl was happy!

3 tiers – 6", 4" & 2" – all have 3 layers of red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting & all crumb.coated in cream cheese frosting as well.

Covered in a 3 shades of purple vanilla buttercream. I did each tier a light marbled effect & piped vintage style in a contrasting colour. Added buttercream roses, a few silver dragees & white Callebaut chocolate moulded lettering that I sprayed with gold luster dust.

After I had all my roses done and cakes all covered, I realized I did not leave out a little extra white buttercream for the leaves! It was the last of my buttercream but I thought adding green to my lightest purple shade would actually work out pretty well with the purple undertones and flow with everything better than a brighter green leaf anyway! Turned into a beautiful sage green colour 😍

Agreed it’s gorgeous. I rarely see the name not on the cake. I prefer it the way you’ve done it. Excellent job on the color and flowers
