So, if you have any, also use that into the soup. I’m adding leftover asparagus and green [Music] beans. Add a sprig of thyme. Add one teaspoon of vega or one bullion cube. Add two cups of chicken broth and two cloves of crushed garlic. Let the soup simmer for 15 to 20 minutes so all the vegetables are [Music] soft. Place your ingredients into a mixer or Vitamix and you’re going to blend it well until [Music] smooth. Pour the soup back into the pot until you’re ready to serve. You can garnish with heavy cream, thyme, and asparagus.
