Today’s haul for NFL Sunday on the Pro-22. The bacon was a great appetizer.
The bird was cooked at 225 for about 4 hours. The bacon only needed about 2 hours. Then I added the sausages and veggies for the remaining two hours.

Dunno mang. I would have cooked the bacon on the foil with some holes in it and the green beans underneath. Get you a little green bean confit as the fancy folks say. Looks good AF.
