Camp Chief at 225, no wrap pulled at 199, rest 1.5 hours added a little sweet bbq sauce once shredded. Sisters Or Smokehouse habanero mango rub after sea salt & pepper. Crunchy coleslaw, smoked corn on the cob & smoked Hawaiian rolls. Will try a slightly lower temp till hits 207 & rest 3-4 hrs next time. Love the flavor, bark & tenderness. Apple wood pellets, would do 3/4 hopper and add more if needed as well instead of full pellet hopper. Would add jalapeño to slaw as well but def pork has good spice level.
