If I weren’t counting calories I’d probably have a 300-500cal lunch and a 700 or more cal dinner after this, putting me way over maintenance without any snacking or dessert

    That looks like a lot of calories.

    Feta, 2 spoons of oil and ham.

    I eat shashuaka with bell peppers, tomato puree, onions and 2-3 eggs. Maybe half of spoon of oil. 2 pieces of toast (120 kcal). No cheese, no meats

    I hate that saying “you need to eat 3000 calories to gain weight. It’s so hard to do that” when tbh for a binge eater like me, i could do that easily. Calorie counting has made me realize that 😂 like you, if I wasn’t calorie counting, I’d probably have a full breakfast and lunch not realizing my meal could be 1000+ calories.

    If you took the oil and the bacon out, it is a reasonable meal.

    This is why I eat the exact same stuff every day and the only thing that varies is supper. Also because I love routine and don’t care to have to think about meals all the time.
