This is one I make a lot. For ages I was having issues with the structural integrity of the crust but have worked out that adding cream of tartar makes it retain its form!

I cook this at 180c and put the egg whites crust in for about 15mins on parchment paper and then take it out for the toppings. Once they’re on I cook it for another 5/10 mins

Crust:
-180ml egg whites whisked to peaks then you add in
-half teaspoon cream of tartar
-1 tbspoon of cornstarch

Topping:
Obv you can top it with whatever
-half a can (200ml) of chopped tomatoes, add in some dried herbs
-I used a red onion tonight but usually add some sort of protein just didn’t have anything
-I also threw on some vegan cheese but don’t usually bother with it
