We’re making spin dip today. Spinach dip, spinach artichoke dip, whatever you want to call it in the crock pot. It’s super easy to make. Any recipe of mine. We normally start with one block of cream cheese, one cup of sour cream, half a cup of Parmesan cheese, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella. I want to add a little kick to it, so I’m adding in some habanero cheese. That was about half a cup. 1/3 cup of white onion. Obviously, we’re going to need spinach. This is a 10 oz bag of spinach. And I just cut it up really rough. This is one can of the artichoke cartum red pepper. Red pepper is completely optional. Maybe a teaspoon of red pepper. Salt and pepper. This is about a teaspoon. Last, but certainly not least, garlic. I’m using garlic, but you guys can use garlic cloves. Whatever you want to do. I’m going to do like two tablespoons. And yes, I know this is not a tablespoon. I’m measuring with my heart, y’all. I’m preparing this for tomorrow. All you do is put it on the crock pot, put it on low for at least an hour. Stir it and then cook it for another hour. Stirring in between. Once everything is incorporated and ooey and gooey, it’s done. Spin dip. A tortilla chip. I’ll do pa. I love good spinach art dip. about a restaurant winner. Yeah.
