A new bottomless brunch is arriving in Leeds just in time for the August Bank Holiday weekend. The Banksia, a Mediterranean bar and restaurant, has announced the launch of its latest menu, available every weekend and on bank holidays from 11am to 5pm.
For £40 per person, diners can choose a dish from the dedicated brunch menu and enjoy 90 minutes of bottomless drinks, with options including Prosecco, Aperol Spritz, Grolsch and Cornish Orchard. Alcohol-free choices are also on offer, ranging from soft drinks and fresh juices to mocktails such as a Virgin Pornstar and Tiki Total.
The menu brings together Mediterranean flavours with locally sourced produce. Savoury options include Turkish Eggs with smoked bacon or chorizo, the Banksia Burger with lamb kofta and feta, beef kofta with smoked mozzarella or halloumi, served with fries, and Chickpea Fritters. For those who prefer something sweet, Buttermilk Pancakes come with toppings such as Nutella and banana, maple syrup and smoked bacon, or lemon ricotta with orange compote and candied pistachio.
Guests can also choose to upgrade their bottomless drinks for an extra £10, unlocking cocktails such as Bellinis in peach, strawberry or passionfruit, alongside Palomas, Pornstar Martinis, Cosmopolitans, Margaritas and Spicy Margaritas.
Craig Rogan, Head Chef at The Banksia, commented: “The brand-new bottomless brunch menu features some of our favourite brunch and main dishes from the recently curated Banksia main menu, alongside some new additions that are perfect for a weekend lunch treat complete with Mediterranean flavours.
“This new offering gives diners the chance to enjoy a dish with some of our delicious cocktails or soft drink options for 90 minutes – whether it’s for a celebratory brunch, a special occasion, or simply a catch-up with friends, The Banksia provides the perfect backdrop.”
