Hey, good food lovers. Today we’re making creamy garlic parmesan Brussels sprouts with bacon. This one pan side dish is rich, cheesy, and guaranteed to make anyone fall in love with Brussels sprouts. We’re starting with two lbs of Brussels sprouts. Trim the bottoms and cut each sprout in half. [Music] Next, chop up five cloves of garlic. [Music] Now place 10 oz of bacon in a skillet and fry until it’s golden and crispy. [Music] Once it’s done, transfer it to a plate lined with paper towel. Then cut it into strips. Don’t clean the pan. We want all that bacon flavor for the sprouts. Add the Brussels sprouts straight into the skillet and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. [Music] Now stir in the garlic until it’s fragrant. [Music] Pour in 1 and 1/2 cups of cream. Then return the crispy bacon back into the pan. [Music] Lower the heat and let everything simmer until the sprouts are tender and coated in that creamy sauce. [Music] If you like your sauce thicker, stir in one teaspoon of cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp of water. It’ll come together smooth and creamy. Give everything a good stir so the sprouts, bacon, and sauce are well combined and coated in that creamy goodness. [Music] Bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly. [Music] These are best served immediately. And remember to like and subscribe. We’ve got two new recipes every single week. [Music]
