1 YEAR & 200 HOT SAUCES LATER (I actually hit 205 within an exact 1 year period 😁) I compiled a personal Top 50 Sauce List + a Top 10 Company list which I will post in the comments. (Also, apologize for the text over some of them, I lost a couple of pics & had to screengrab from my TikTok🙄lol)

  4. I_have_become_Bruh

Nice to see so many brands I haven’t tried, and ahead of the ones I have. Thanks for putting this together!

Missing here are many of course. I like suoer spicy hot sauces. One that puts together spice and flavour is finnish company poppamies with the trinidad scorpion one winning imo. They also have the fire demon which i like too made with carolina reaper. And then there is mad dog 357 classic and the 25 anniversary one, super super spicy. Encona xxxx hot pepper wins for quality heat and price(very commercial and cheap) and then lets not forget reaper squuezins made by the guy who created the carolina reaper pepper

  6. MetaCardboard

I gotta expand my horizons. None of the sauces I’ve even tried are in your top 50. My current favorite (more of a condiment) is Mother’s Mountain Heavenly Habanero.

  7. HOT-SAUCE-JUNKIE

And I thought I had a hot sauce addiction because I have like 12 bottles in my fridge. Wow. This is beyond impressive. OP’s house is looking like a Pepper Palace store. Bravo!

  8. HOT-SAUCE-JUNKIE

OP, did you compile your list based on hotness or flavor or a combination of both?

  9. CycloneCabbage

Do you break them down into groups like sweat/fruit, savory, vinegary, etc and then by heat and overall flavor?

  10. kozzy1ted2

No Bravado sauces? Come on now man, you’re killing me over here. aka Miso and Black Garlic. If you just missed them somehow, do yourself a flavor.

  11. CycloneCabbage

After decades of hot sauces it’s clear that there are many bottom end flavorless just go for heat in a bottle and way too many that are almost exactly the same tasteless vinegar. It’s hard to find one for all but for me I have one for seafood, one for Thai, one for Mexican, one for Cajun, etc…

  12. nicolauz

Man not a single El Yucateco? That’s been my #1 of all for years.
