Also known (or formerly known) as Next Level Veggie Burger, in Denver. Holy heck this was some of the best vegan food I have EVER had. First picture is a grilled seasoned chicken patty with lemon butter and chimichurri sauce on the side, as well as herb roasted potatoes and roasted carrots. The chicken was so juicy and tender and the sauces mixed together were SO good. The second picture is the queso smothered burrito and good lord it was life changing. The filling was citrus chicken, rice, grilled onions and peppers, corn, ranchero beans and lettuce. It’s topped with their house made queso (which blew my mind), drizzled with sour cream, and has pico and fresh Guac on the side. I did not order this myself but best believe I will next time (and every time after that). The last picture are the desserts which are the carrot cake and chocolate Belgian cake. Both were incredibly delicious and the chocolate cake was so rich and decadent. Everything was an absolute 10/10. Highly recommend!

Tried them last week for the first time since they switched and was super impressed!
How are the prices? I always thought the food at Next Level Burger was good. I just couldn’t justify $20 for a fast-casual burger and fries that didn’t even fill me up, so I stopped going after a few visits despite living right down the street.
