today, baby. Shrimp stuffed salmon. So, I didn’t calculate how I was going to take this out of the air fryer, and I dropped it. A few videos back, somebody had asked if I could do a meal for a single person. So, I’m a single lady and gentlemen, this is for you. And if you’re not, just double or triple the recipe. Let’s get started. Put that butter up and the shrimp. And we can’t forget the obey. Just a light dusting. Do all this deliciousness. One clove of garlic and some green onion. Spinach. Your local grocery store has a salad bar. You can probably get a handful of spinach from that. Adding in about 6 oz of cream cheese. Adding our shrimp. Adding in some complete seasoning. Few red pepper flakes. Can’t forget the o squeeze of some lemon juice. Typically I’ll use parmesan, but I’m grating in some cheddar. Let’s taste to see if we need to adjust. Oo, honey. Going to gently slice over our salmon. Careful not to go through. Stuff it to the max. Let’s get a little brush it with some dark soy sauce. You can use regular if you like. Now into the quietest air fryer on earth. Halfway through, just base it again with some soy sauce. Total cook time 15 minutes. So, who is coming over? First bite for you,
