  1. Bro its atkins.. You just cook it all together.. Add more lard if you want.. thats the whole point. No Carbs. The reason this works is because you body needs carbs to processs calories. if you just eat eggs and bacon on all day you will lose a ton of weight, but probably your will to eat after a month lol. NO CARBS AT ALL.
