Dim Sims are kinda like deep fried dumplings. filled with mystery meat and cabbage, they are sold at sports events and as street food.

    But… is that red stuff ketchup or Sriracha sauce? If it’s ketchup it is a crime against both pizza and dimsum

    Dim sims would probably go well on a BBQ meatlovers, Aussie or cheeseburger pizza. Not so much by itself.

    My problem is whether these are halves or slices. It’s also triggering trypophobia I didn’t think I had before.

    Lol “mystery meat”. Usually a paste of pork, shrimp, or combination thereof.
