You may add or substitute with other ingredients – food does not need to be strict, follow your heart.

This 3inut salad will be your new favorite. Come and make it with me. Take a large tomato. Oh, look how juicy this is. And cut it into bite-sized pieces. Add some slices of onion and some whole grain rusks, which are high in fiber, and that’s always a good thing. It also gives the salad a nice crunch. Then add some feta cheese or caviar cheese, whatever you prefer. For the dressing, we’re keeping it simple. Extra virgin olive oil and dried oregano. I like to let it sit for a few minutes so the rusks absorb some of the juices. Wow, so tasty. And this combination of feta and onion is one of my favorites. This salad is something in between a classic Greek salad and tacos. It’s perfect for a snack or lunch on the go and filling enough to be a full meal. Try it and let me know what you think.
