Could these be Black Krims and do they look ripe? They feel soft.

Hard to say what variety it is, especially at this stage of ripeness. I can tell you that the plant it came off of might have Botrytis. Failed infection as evidenced by the ghost halo on the fruit.

Looks like Black Krims to me. A lot of them have the circular crack. Very normal for the varietal and not a disease.
If you slice one open and compare to online photos of Black Krim slices I think you will be able to tell.

Possibly Krim. Store it on the counter sitting stem end down until the green shoulder fades for completion of ripening

I don’t think they are fully ripe, I see a lot of green in them still. I can’t squeeze them though so maybe they are in fact ripe. You could wait a day or two and see if they change colors a bit more. Presumably, these tomatoes aren’t in a refrigerator or anything like that but are around room temperature.
Black Krim has yellow skin whereas Cherokee Purple has clear skin. Tomatoes come with either clear skin (recessive) or yellow skin (dominant). Pink tomatoes, Brandywine as an example, have clear skin, Red tomatoes, Big Beef as an example, have yellow skin. Tomato color is like having to look through no filter (clear skin) or a yellow filter (yellow skin). Normally, tomatoes labeled black tomatoes like Black Krim have yellow skin and those with the word “purple” in the name have clear skin. That tomato in the photo looks like a dark type tomato with yellow skin so it could be Black Krim or possibly another dark tomato with yellow skin. The tomatoes in the photos aren’t particularly dark, but that sometimes is the case with Black Krim.
