So I finished building the E-325. The house came with a gas line already. So I know I have to connect a 1/2 pipe nipple to the line, but what size reducing coupling should I add to that 1/2 pipe nipple?
I am only seeing these push to connect Reducing Couplings at Lowes, which I don't think can be used for the setup since I still have to connect another 3/8 nipple and the included quick disconnect. My guess is to use a 3/4 coupling that I can grab from HD https://www.homedepot.com/p/Southland-3-4-in-x-1-2-in-Black-Malleable-Iron-FPT-x-FPT-Reducing-Coupling-Fitting-521-343HN/100167004 that would fit on the 1/2 pipe nipple?
Edit: I am not using that nipple, just an example. Going with shorter one for curious minds.

No offense but I don’t really think you should be fucking with the gas line at your house if your knowledge is that limited. I love to DIY stuff but you may need to call a buddy that does this at work or something. A gas line is nothing to worry about until your house blows up.
I don’t think you want to use anything galvanized. Sticking to black steel sch 40 and painting (or brass) it afterwards is a safe bet.
Not sure what you’re talking about regarding 3/4”. Those quick couplings are normally 3/8”. I would 90 down coming off of that valve.
This is the setup I used for a generator.
