My two first homemade ramen

I made soyu ramen and tantanmen; I used instant noodles in both, but I made everything else from scratch. I didn't have chili oil for the tantanmen, so I used chili powder; that's why it doesn't have a red color on the surface.
My next try will be a tonkotsu, wish me luck
