    Recipe if any of you want it:
    Olive oil,
    Spicy chorizo,
    Onion and garlic,
    Peeled tomatoes (whole),
    Any pasta.

    Saute garlic and onion in a bit of olive oil,
    Fry chorizo,
    Add the tomatoes and let simmer,
    Season with basil, black pepper, salt, chilli flakes
    Add sugar for balance.
    Optional: a bay leaf and paprika for some kick

    Haven’t tried it in past yet, but look good. Will have to give it a go. I put it in paella all the time.

    Chorizo shouldn’t be allowed to be used, it’s cheating. Everything you cook with chorizo tastes delicious

    For a better result i would gut the chorizo from 5he casing and bake it or fry it for better caramelization and adherence to the noodles, but I’m a fan of chorizo pasta

    Chorizo is amazing, so I’d definitely be happy with it

    Chorizo needs to be cooked thoroughly. If ya take your time and cook it properly, then I’d give it a go, but it is one of those particular foods I personally don’t want half assed.

    Bloody love it. We dice the chorizo and add pork mince to make the dish stretch further for our big family.

    Damn hungry now.
