100% Nebbiolo grapes were aged for 2 years in Slovenian oak barrels.

Did you allow it to open up over 3 hours in the bottle or did you decant,? I’m planning on popping a 2010 Barolo this weekend and I see a lot of varying opinions. Would love to hear everyone else chime in on this, also.
