my mash was a bit runny. To fix it I kept butternut on high after mashing to cook out more of the liquid. make sure to consistently stir to prevent burning.

since I had the sauce ingredients in the pantry. this meal came to a total of 4 dollars per plate. that’s pretty good for California prices.

Here we go. Tonight’s dinner is maple glazed pork chops and butternut squash mash. Call me jerk. Call me a jerk. I know you’re a jerk. I know you’re a jerk. I know you’re a jerk. Hey, I know you’re a jerk. I know you’re a jerk. I know you’re a jerk. What up, bro? Another great meal. The pork chops are excellent flavor. You can really taste the mustard in there, which I really like. And the sweetness of it from the the maple syrup. It’s really good. Um the mash I wasn’t too sure about it cuz it was a little bit runny, but um it works. It somehow works, especially with the sauce. Strip it. Make sure to drip it. It’s really good. But it’s so comforting and warm for the nice fall start.
