    Scrape some of that carbon off and cover the rest with a smear of bbq sauce, it’ll taste great.

    Okay. Here’s my tip. Stove to high. Add a spoonful or two of water to the pan. Wait until it boils off. Lower the heat to a little over half. Add butter or margarine to the pan, coating fully where the food will be. Pool some of it where you’ll be dropping the food onto. It’ll keep things non stick, and the low heat will keep it from burning.

  17. I did the same thing the first time I made grilled cheese(had the heat up too high), but my mom ate it anyway so it didn’t go to waste.
