what you need:
-1 lb ground chicken
– any bag of frozen vegetables (i used a stir fry mix from walmart)
– BWW asian zing sauce
– lettuce wraps (any lettuce that can hold food without breaking works)
– boil in bag brown rice-
– cooked the veggies in a pan, added a bit of lawrys salt-
– took them out the pan and put the chicken in and browned it. i seasoned it with more lawrys, dried rosemary.-
– added a little bit of the sauce and a tiny bit of lemon juice (up to preference.)
microwave the rice.
–
– then i put the rice in the lettuce, then the veggies and then the chicken and topped it with hotsauce. took less than 30 minutes to make. great for when you wanna eat healthy but you’re busy. all of the items reheat up well.
i honeslty prefer lettuce used as wraps or buns so much compared to regular
