I didn’t use the icing recipe, I used canned icing. Little hack if you whip canned icing it’ll add air and give you more icing to work with. I also put blueberry jam in the middle 🫐
I know it’s not the prettiest cake. But it’s delicious and much appreciated.

I also call it shark week! My dad never remembers that that’s the euphemism I use and he’s like, “What do nature documentaries have to do with you crying over an ugly jacket?” And I have to tell him to think about blood in the water.
