First time turkey breast.

Brined it for 24 hours and it went for about 3.5 hours at 250. We were starving so I just cut into it and we ate. No carved pics. It was very tasty.
I plan spatchcock and smoke a turkey for Thanksgiving so I'm getting a little early practice.
