In this video we make a spinach garlic cheese blend stuffing and fill al dente manicotti and jumbo shells. We then finish the dishes off in the oven with layers of homemade marinara and mozzarella cheese.

[Music] Hello everyone. Today we’re making a stuffed manakotti with jumbo shells. Let’s get started. First, get some water boiling on the stove. Those noodles don’t cook themselves, you know. Next, we’re going to start working on our metacotti filling. Start by taking some fresh Parmesan and shredding it. Keep shredding. Shred some more. Keep shredding. Shred faster, please. No one’s getting any younger. Oh dear. [Music] There. That barely took any time at all. Next. Now, mince some garlic. Wonderful. Now take some spinach and chop it finely. Perfect. Now get your ingredients into the mixing bowl. Get your spinach, your shredded parmesan, your garlic, mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, [Music] some ricotta cheese, one egg, [Music] Now make like Michael Jackson and put a glove on one hand. Then mix. Add rata and mozzarella if you need more filling. Now, put your filling into a Ziploc bag. Work the filling into a corner. Snip off the corner so we can use this to fill our manakotti. Get a casserole dish and add marinara sauce to the bottom. Special thanks to my wife for making it. Start filling your manakati. Don’t stop filling manakotti until the casserole dish is full. No one likes anyone who does the bare minimum. The pan is almost full from side to side. See? Add more marinara sauce to the top of the manakotti. Add both fresh and grated mozzarella cheese to the top. [Music] Finish with a sprinkle of dried basil and get it in the oven. Now grab a new casserole dish and add marinara sauce to the bottom. Add your jumbo shells, enough to cover the bottom of the pan. Add your filling into the jumbo shells. [Music] Top with some more marinara sauce. [Applause] Then add fresh mozzarella on top of the marinara sauce. Top with some dried basil and get this too into the oven. Now let us prepare a side salad at ludicrous speed. Boy, that seemed easy, didn’t it? Serve with two manakati and four jumbo shells with a side of garlic bread. And don’t forget the side salad. Enjoy. [Music]
