It was pretty tasty! I ate a huge bowlful on its own, that’s why the photo might not look like it has as many servings. I was pleasantly surprised to see that some chunks actually got the roasted texture. Tomorrow I’m going to air fry them a bit so they all can get that crispy texture, too, and pair it with a ready-made beef roast & sauce tray I got for free (it got mistakenly mixed in with my grocery order pick-up). Super simple, and definitely making this again.
