    Looks good. I keep fucking mine up and I can tell if I am over cooking or under cooking them. I’m at a high elevation and just can’t get it dialed in. I thought at first I was over cooking them but then this time I pulled earlier and then let it rest to 165 before putting it in the cooler. Still seemed off.
