ELWOOD — A Domino’s Pizza shop is coming to Elwood in the near future.
The Elwood City Council Monday gave preliminary approval to a voluntary annexation to bring property in the 7500 block of Ind. 28 into the city limits. The property is to the east of the Happy Burger business.
