Cheesy Stuffed Pizza Bites

Servings – 8

INGREDIENTS
Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
Mushrooms – 150 grams
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
Pizza seasoning – 1/4 teaspoon
Pizza dough – 350 grams
Pizza sauce – 2 tablespoons
Black olives – 2 tablespoons
Mozzarella cheese – 70 grams
Butter – 1 tablespoon
Italian seasoning – 2 teaspoons

PREPARATION
1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan, add 150 grams mushrooms and sauté for 2 – 3 minutes.
2. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon pizza seasoning. Sauté for another one minute.
3. Remove from the heat and keep aside.
4. Roll out the pizza dough using a rolling pin. Spread some pizza sauce over the surface.
5. Add some olives, mushroom mixture and mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and shape into a ball, making sure it’s sealed well so the filling doesn’t come out.
6. Place the stuffed dough balls in a baking dish. Cover and let them rest for 30 minutes.
7. After resting, brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
8. Preheat the oven to 356°C/180°F and bake for 16 – 18 minutes. Remove from the oven.
9. Serve.
