I can see why people sold live food back before refrigeration, given how fast seafood in particular spoils and can literally kill you in the process. But there’s no need for it now, and wet markets have caused the world enough trouble at this point I think. So it’s not only disgusting and cruel, it’s dangerous to keep doing this crap or shielding it under “cultural” protections. Dangerous for the entire human race. So knock it the heck off!!
