Just got my grill delivered today, spent the afternoon getting it set up and doing the initial seasoning steps in the manual. I am so happy with how this turned out, I prepped it last night in anticipation of today's delivery and it tastes amazing and the texture is excellent! I just did a small piece to start to make sure I didn't mess anything up.
