Today I have a special guest. We’re gonna make today’s special. I got the one and only Mike from the famous Randazzo’s Clam Bar located at Sheep Bay. So, what are we doing, Mike? I fig we make a special. Maybe a $5 M pie with some of our sauce. Joe, it’s all about the sauce, right? All right. Well, let’s get So, what we’re going to do now, we’re going to pake it. So, let’s start off with our crust. Joe, this this pie is going to get par baked. We’ll put our mozzarella base down and put this baby in. Give it about 4 minutes and then we’ll take it out and complete it. All right, there we go. All right, Joe, our pot baked is ready. Mike got it here. Oh, look at that. Right. Beautiful. If you know, you know. It’s all about the tomato sauce. How’s that smell, Freddy? That’s good. Now, this is a medium. That’s medium, right? Medium hot. We do mild. And we now we introduced the mild recently. Yes. Shipping it all over the country, too. A lot of our old customers that moved out of Brooklyn live in other states now. So, we got it available on our website. We’ve been shipping it for close to 2 years. Well, I got to tell you, brings you back memories. Oh, yes. Remember back in the day, we used to leave the beach. We used to always go by Rendazzos. That was the place to to go to coming off Manhattan Beach. Yep. Yep. You guys are staple. I mean, how long you guys there? Long time now. We’re on Emmens Avenue with, you know, different businesses over the years since 1932. It’s all about family, right? That’s right, my man. You guys know it just as well as we do. Yep. Look, I’m layering that nice golden brown fried alamati here. Now, let’s just place nice. Wow. Huh. Now we’re going to put another layer of mozzarella on top. Just a little sprinkle, you know, just to bind everything together. To bring it together. Beautiful. All right, we’ll throw this baby back in. I say we give it another 3 to 4 minutes and it’ll be perfect. Beautiful job. Look, I got to get a picture of that, too. ly just for some good measures. Beautiful. Ready. One for you. This is going to be delicious. Sal. No flop galop. No flop gelop. Absolutely delicious. This is when you get two Brooklyn staples. Rendazzo’s clam bar crispy pizza. Delicious. Special of the day.   2. "Tomato sauce." That's what we New Yorkers call it. Philly calls it gravy. Gravy is what you put on mashed potatoes. Sauce is what you use for pizza and spaghetti!

  3. I really wish we had pizza like this here in arkansas…..for some reason nobody cares about the sauce around here……tomatoes paste, water, oregano and that's about it…..bland
