8 Easy Spooky Treats for Halloween

I’m making Halloween stuffed peppers. That one’s Guys, we’re going to brown off some beef. And we’ve got some rice going. While the beef is cooking, I’m just cutting off a thin amount of like the bottom. You don’t want it to go through so that the peppers stand up. And I’m going to cut off the top at about here. And decor it. And then cut little pumpkin face into them. Here’s like what the face looks like. And I’m going to put them onto the full line baking tray. To the beef, we’re adding in some Italian chopped tomatoes. Really, you can kind of add what you want and stuff peppers how you want. I’m also adding in some just like pre-made taco seasoning because I like the taste of taco seasoning. So, we’re adding in a bit of that. I am then going to take some of the rice that I’ve made and put it in with the meat and seasonings so we can all get to know each other. I have made too much rice. Uh, which is fine because we stuffed the peppers and then we have extras because one stuffed pepper isn’t really that filling. So, we will be like having some of the filling on the side. I added a bunch of cheese to it. And I’m going to let this melt and then I’m going to stuff the peppers with a spoon. Here’s what they’re looking like. And I’m going to pop them in the oven. This is what Dan’s looks like. All extra like dirt. This is what mine looks like. And I didn’t bake the tops. I just added them on top for the aesthetics.

  1. THANK YOU(!!) for not using green peppers. Love the red/yellow/orange much more…that's why they're more expensive.
