[Music] I just made this delicious Reuben sandwich for dinner. It’s easy to make, especially when you use a chef hack for melting the Swiss cheese. Let’s get started. The first thing I did was toasted two pieces of marbled rye with butter in a frying pan. To that, I added a generous coat on both pieces of Russian dressing. On a separate plate, I microwaved my corn beef to warm it up. Next, I drain a half a cup of sauerkraut and arrange it on a piece of parchment paper so the shape is just slightly smaller than the size of my bread. To that, I’m going to add my Swiss cheese. And I’m going to put this in the microwave until the cheese is all melted. I’ll be right back. The Swiss cheese is very hot. To prevent myself from getting burnt, I put on a cloth glove and a non-allergic disposable glove on top of that. What we’re going to do is we’re going to take the bread and put it on top of the hot cheese. We’re going to flip the plate over. We’re going to peel off the parchment paper and we’re going to lay that right on top of the other half. Let’s see how we did. I don’t know if you can hear that nice crisp bread on top. We’re going to cut through it. Take a look inside. Look at that perfect combination. Toasted marble rye, Russian dressing, corn beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and more Russian dressing. What could be better? Check out my video over here on how to make a homemade Russian dressing. Enjoy.
