Bake Cod with white wine, lemon, butter, garlic topped with capers. White rice and steamed some asparagus. Yummy

    2 cod filets, 1/3 cup white wine, 2 TB butter, 2 TB lemon juice, 3 garlic cloves, 1 lb asparagus, 1 cup Arborio rice, 2 cups water. Mix wine, butter, lemon juice, garlic in a bowl. Pat down 2 cod filets place in 9×9 dish pour the mixture top with capers – bake 20 minutes 375 until opaque. Vegetable- Trim woody ends of asparagus put in a steamer for 5-6 minutes. Rice – boil 2 cups water pour in rice reduce to simmer for 20 minutes
