    After using Weber kettles for damn near 50 years I have zero idea why I haven’t tried a meatloaf before. It seems like kind of a no-brainer but I never thought about it until running across photos on the various grilling subs.

    Looks damn good.

    My family liked the bacon wrapped smoked meatloaf. I typically finished it off in the oven to get the bacon crispy and caramelize the glaze. Always a treat.
