    Looks great!

    I love smoked wings. I “cold” smoke from frozen at 160 to 180 for about 3 hours with fruit wood (Cherry or peach and pecan) or if I can get it sassafras (highly underrated wood) . I then cool completely or partially freeze and then air fry for crispiness.
