Finally did a Ribeye in my Sous Vide as I’ve seen so many do at 137F for 2 hrs, ice bath 5 mins, seared 1.5 mins per side. Perfection 🙌🏻

    137 seems to be the sweet spot for rendering fat without over cooking. Nice sear too!

    Man I thought pics 3 and 4 were your dishwasher. I couldn’t for the life of me figure out why you showed your sous vide setup and then a dishwasher and posted it in this sub.
