As a Swede and someone who loves Smörgåstårta I can see this work if done correctly. Regular pizza dough is not gonna work because it is too hard and chewy when prebaked and using raw dough into a cake and then bake it would not cook through properly. So you would need some soft and light bread, probably steamed so there is no hard crust. Then just start layering with your pizza toppings, probably put different toppings, cheese and sauce on each layer.

Sure this is ai, but would this be worth the extra effort? I say cover it in a nice marinara sauce so its almost like a deep dish, or maybe even a rose sauce kinda deal with uhhh that white sauce I dont think its alfredo. Idk whatever makes rose sauce with marinara
