First offset smoke on rocket grillz reverse flow offset smoker. Turned out amazing and not hard to control at all after some fine tuning. Smoked a butt and pork belly burnt ends turned out amazing. Flavor way better than my traeger. Cant wait to smoke more on it maybe a picanha this weekend.
